I recently developed a questionnaire on Learning and Knowledge Management in Organizations. I wish, therefore, to request its disclosure through your network of associates with PMP certification. The questionnaire is divided in four different parts: - Data of the interview; - Technology in the organizational environment; - Organizational learning environment; - Leadership. In order to fulfill the questionnaire it is needed about 15-20 minutes. The purpose of this questionnaire is to measure the importance of learning and knowledge management topics to the 21st organizations. Can they constitute the new pillars for performance enhancement and for obtaining market differentiation? We intend to evaluate this phenomenon.
