We've discussed and agree that October 1st is a good date for the PMI awards ceremony and since we have our yearly Professional Development Day on that date, we all agree that this date will work out even better than the September date originally scheduled. The one change to our original meeting is that since we have sessions that run until 4:00 PM on this day, we'd like to incorporate your representative into a closing ceremony from 4-5. The location will be at the University of Phoenix Columbus (Georgia) campus and the sessions will run from 9am - 4pm with your representative closing with the award and a celebration from 4-5. Please confirm that this date and time will work for your group and if you have any questions or concerns, please give me a call. Once confirmed we'll add your group to the program and to the list for any additional communication to our members. I wish I could; you have no idea how many foods contain onions! J But other than that one thing, I'm fine. If there's no lunch, it's not a concern. I'll have time to grab something before I leave for the airport. Would you please let me know: * What type of media to bring (my own laptop, a disk, a thumb drive) for the presentation. * How many attendees will be there to make the correct number of handouts. * Whether you want me to submit my invoice electronically, hard copy, or both. If there's anything else we need to touch base on for the presentation, do not hesitate to reach out to me. I'm very excited about this opportunity and look forward to meeting you in person.
